ASKING $5500 (rims in the picture not included)

The car is my daily driver. Greddy turbo kit was installed in Sept. 09. All turbo parts were ordered brand new except for the turbo and manifold. Reliable shop did the install and tuning. Body is in ok condition. Has a bad LMA in the head which causes a ticking which sounds like it needs a valve adjustment.

thanks for all the pms and email.

I should also mention that the car need to be aircared. I am from Victoria where we do not require aircare.

mugenboi 02-10-2011 08:48 PM

Might as well see if anyone wants my car again. It has been parked in the driveway since fall other then the few drives around the block to keep things moving.

Price drop to $5500... cause no rims, deck, and looks like it could use a new distributor.

mugenboi 03-20-2011 08:06 PM

Snak92 03-20-2011 08:12 PM

How much boost have you been runnin on the stock internals and how long has the lma been an issue

Running about 5-6 psi. It is just the factory Greddy setting. LMA has been bad ever since I got the car. My shop told me it doesnt effect the performance. It just sounds annoying. Garagefive quoted me around ~500 to fix a few years back when I was going to fix it.

mugenboi 05-03-2011 07:57 PM

Sorry, cant let go for that price.

Dindin 05-05-2011 01:40 AM

what is a LMA?? and how much to get it fixed?

mugenboi 05-06-2011 06:10 AM

LMA = Lost Motion Assembly. If you do a search on youtube you can get an idea what it sounds like. I havent inquired about getting it fixed in along time, but last quote I got was from GarageFive. They said labour was going to be about 500 and I supply the new LMAs. These can be bought from the dealer.

mugenboi 05-07-2011 02:27 PM

Only trade offers for a 2 door (ie s2k, 3 series bmw) with obvious cash on my end... or a bike
