Nissan diversity antenna adapter is probably what you want.
I'll assume the Motorola uses the traditional antenna plug?
I'm pretty sure I have a couple. If you can bring in your radio I can make sure its the right one.

Nissan uses these dual pin plugs because they have 2 radio antena's. Just follow the wires and unplug it and use that single plug to your deck.
One of the antena's is the one in the trunk, and they have a second one wired to another part of the car. IIRC, it was on the back window.

On my B13 Sentra and B15 Sentra, the plug was about 2 inches from the 2 prong plug.
Been a while since I installed a cd-player into my brother's 240, but I would think it would be the same.
If I am wrong, then ignore what I said, but I am certain about it on my B13 and B15 Sentra.

no the plug is entirely different from the regular plug,
its 2 small short prongs instead of 1 longer prong
