Full Tilt poker withdrawing...WTF

So I've been trying to withdraw from Full tilt with my Vancity VISA, and it's not letting me. A few months ago I made a deposit with my VISA, lost a few bucks and stopped. Recently I got a new card with a new number, and made another deposit. I won a few bucks this time and wanted to withdraw. On the VISA withdraw screen, the only option is withdraw to my old VISA card. So I went and deleted this old card info, and made a small deposit so that I can withdraw to my new card. But for whatever reason, my new card is not showing up as a withdraw option.

I contacted Full Tilt and they said my card may not support "Credit Funds Transfer". I called VISA asking them WTF that is, and not a single person there, not even the supervisors and managers, know what the hell that is. They all said they should be able to credit funds to the card just like any store refund. If my old card was listed as an option, why can't my new card? Nothing changed other than the card number...

So has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions? I'm really pissed off because I've been trying to withdraw for a week now and feel like I'm running in circles.

I'm not 100% sure of how payout for Fulltilt works, but I just asked for a cheque when I cashed out some money from pokerstars.

I think the "credit fund transfer" thing sounds correct. Having a large amount of money placed on a CC from some outside source, without a corresponding charge in teh first place, would be "weird" for the CC company.

Some sites will refund your CC up to the size of your initial deposit (ie, deposit $500, try to cash out $2000 --> they refund $500 to your CC and send you a cheque for $1500) and pay the balance some other way.
