A couple of changes to the car.

-Added Skunk2 Catback Exhaust
-Added Skunk2 Test Pipe
-Will include a brand new Magnaflow cat converter

Couple of problems with the car.
-Outstanding Vehicle Inspection for being too low
-Aircare expired, but I've added the NEW cat converter to the deal

You cannot sell the car with the outstanding VI on the car. You have to get that done first from what I remember. The car cannot even be insured.

Yeah I am aware of that already, if someone wants to buy this car, they can fix it up to make it "street legal" and register their name afterwards.
