help on heatsink/fan

so im having trouble a good heatsink+fan that is good for my build and will actually fit in my case.i was wondering if any1 good help me decide on one

specs.
amd ii x4 965 BE - overclocked to 3.6(on stock heatsink right now,when i get a new heatsink im planning on clocking a little higher)-idle temps are around 39-41
asus m4a79xtd evo mobo
8gb ram
case- azza 1000

i thinking about getting the coolmaster 212, but im not 100% sure if itll fit or not.any1 know if it will or not?also could it potentially block one of my ram slots?
