Has anyone heard anything about this?
(take the article with a grain of salt, it's not the most objective source...)
I'm not surprised there are racists in town, I just can't believe they would be so out about it. I always thought racism was something to be embarrassed about, something to be hidden like not being able to read or being Jewish.

i lived in maple ridge for awhile, back when the population was like maybe 10,000 only a lot of hicks...
but i've only ever met 1 white supremacist, and he was my friend lol (im part chinese/paki/white) but then again he did stop talking to me after awhile for no reason when he really got into that whole world

honestly the most racist people I know are my white washed Asian friends, they all seem to really hate fob mainlanders and anybody with a turban more than any of my white friends.
Racism with White people is a bandwagon for acceptance, and friendship. its not usually based on hate of a entire race just looking for some friends!
