Shipping car from US I need help!

Hey guys I am looking into buying a car from san diego. I am planning to ship the vehicle from san diego to Blaine washington border which cost approx 700-800$ US, and plan to pick it up and do the paperwork myself. My question is how do I arrange the payment? In the past I bought a car from california and drove it myself, but since this time it will be different I am little confused. I will be buying a CPO car with no accident just incase.
Thanks in advance!

Oh btw if anybody know about better shipping rates please let me know! thanks once again!

I just couriered a bank draft when I did it remotely before... requires that you trust the other party... but if it's CPO I doubt that's an issue haha

I'm pretty sure CPO means certified pre-owned... so probably a dealer
