FS: '95 325ic/'99 M3

I bought this car about a year and a half ago in LA...
It is a 1995 325i Cabrio that was stripped and rebuilt with a wrecked '99 M3 cabrio. Virtually everything is from an M3... Body, Engine, Interior, Full suspension, Steering rack, Brakes, softtop, hardtop... Everything.
When I bought it, It needed a new lsd diff, rear strut mounts, and tires all of which I had done in Phoenix. It was BMW mechanics that went over the car for two days and told me that absolutely every bit and piece is from the M3. The guy even swapped out the semi-auto convertible top and put in the fully automatic. He also said that the last owner had maintained the car very well. The mileage is unknown as he swapped out the guage cluster from another M3. Last known mileage was 70,000miles about six years ago. The car runs perfect and everything works, AC, Heated Seats, OBC... everything.
The car is currently with me in Mexico(where I live most of the year) and is not imported or registered into Canada. I am driving up to Victoria for work in the next month or so, so I thought I would see if anybody would be interested in it. Great car, but draws too much attention in this country and is way too low for the roads here... so need to buy something different.
Car is in nice shape but isnt cosmetically perfect(couple door dings, scratches). Runs like new.
Asking $6500... Would consider trades for SUV or import 4door sedan.

if its not registered in canada, why does it have BC plates?

Lol - Was wondering when someone would ask that...
I have the California plates(which look cooler) but I was getting pulled over by the cops down here like crazy. So I put some spare BC plates on... the cops know that Canadians are cheap and they wont get much of a bribe out of me. lol

Wow, smokin' deal. I'm seriously thinking about this, hopefully finances line up next month.

Havent made it back to the Island yet so the car is still for sale. Looks like I will ve heading there in the first week of June.
