11th Annual Healthy Chef Competition (loads of pictures...)

I was invited to this event yesterday at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver to sample dishes from some great restaurants in Vancouver. Don't get it twisted though...although it says "healthy", there was loads of meat. LOL...I'm sure there was some sort of requirement for vegetables and desserts had to have fruit and such but...well, look...

Nothing. I usually won't eat it if it isn't meat but usually when people hear "healthy" they're thinking the night is full of meals involving steamed vegetables.
