Help with building a decent gamming desktop

So I have look over NCIX and Antic pre build system and with the budget I can only afford a system that seems to be out dated. I am looking to spend about $650 to $700 and the system I came up with are

i would suggest using www.pricebat.ca , www.shopbot.ca and www.pricecanada.com to check the prices.

You can usually save at least another 10% off the total build if you buy separately.

IRC..the phenom II is better suited for gaming....benchmark usually shows dual core Phenom II will out perform quad core athlon 2 of similar clock speed

And if you ain't overlocking, don't waste your money on after market heatsink..spend the money on better GPU or CPU.
