My dad recently upgraded to a Kx, so he's getting rid of his current camera.
Camera is a Pentax K100D (not the Super). Basic specs below:
*6.1 megapixel
*K mount (same mount used on virtually all Pentax film and digital cameras. There's a great used market for very good lens)
*Accepts common SD memory (no need for proprietary memory - can buy SD memory everywhere and for cheap)
*In body shake reduction (so you don't have to buy expensive IS lens since it's built into the body)
*Uses AA batteries (no expensive proprietary batteries to buy - if you run out of power, go to any store and pick up some AA's)

Also for sale is a Pentax FA 28-80 (f3.5-5.6) lens. This is from the film series of cameras, but as you may already know, Pentax has kept the same mount throughout almost all their lines of cameras so this lens will work on any Pentax camera. (including the one I have for sale) The lens is in very good condition and has no scratches or problems with the lens.
