Unless you are lactose-intolerant, or restricted by religion, or have a vendetta, you should be voting for cheese. Cheese is in so many foods. It comes in many flavors, and tastes good on it's own. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't have cheese in some form, and I don't think I could go through a lifetime without Kraft Dinner or pizza.
