Amega AMwand - genuine or a load of bull?

So on my way to school today i was listening to the kid carson show and they talked about this new product called the AMwand which uses some sort of fusion technology or whatever and promotes self-healing on the cells of any living organism. Quote:

You might have a pain (most of us have more than one) that is very recent or you might have been suffering with it for years and years. It doesn't matter. Ordinary people are so happy when their pain goes away after using the Amega AMwand. It is an extraordinary feeling to no longer have that pain and this is happening to people everyday.

basically you rub it in a circular motion around the area ( or really close to it ) of your body which suffers from some sort of pain, and after ...3~18 circles the pain goes away. works for pains such as arthritis, back pain, bruises etc.
i heard they cost around $100 on the radio but on article they said it was $300. also, some woman who called the station sounded so enthusiastic and supportive about this product i thought she was nuts.
imo i think this shit is crap cuz when other products such as shamwow are advertised to perform such miracles... they usually fail. i'll have to feel it to believe it. also shudve called it the stick of jesus.
