China: The World Power of The Future~! |
i dont think China care at all |
They'll care when the world turns to India for everything, and China slips into irrelevancy. |
yeah funny you say that how come we don't get made in India stuff everywhere yet? Genuine question. Too many people? Or they just can't make stuff? |
No. Just before dell pulls out, they'll slip minitransformers into the laptops which will eat their users when china wishes. Posted via RS Mobile |

lol china started before? India - 1947 China 1989 its because india is a democracy decision making is slow since there needs to be consent and approval whereas china can do everything and anything it wants to further economic gain, at the expense of human rights, pollution, etc |

China has the manufacturing advantage because it's a state-control economy, where everything can be worked out with a few people, instead of going through a process and the cost of mass production is extremely low. If you need an example, just visit any city halls' engineering department, and ask about the time it takes from proposing to actually doing any road work. In China, it takes a fraction of the time, fraction of the cost, and fraction of the actual construction time. India will never take the manufacturing jobs, because the cost associated with labour workers are WAY too high. This is coming from first hand experience too. The workers there are "union" without any of the pros. If any countries is taking the manufacturing jobs, it will be Indonesia or Vietnam. and yes, China really doesnt care about godaddy.com other than the super bowl commercials. |
Bashing? Trolling? OK, anyway... Basically, when companies leave China (and more and more will) they will go to India instead. Maybe it will cost more, but to many the added cost will be worth it. |

The future of all business in China would not be export, but domestic use. |

India is not even comparable to China in terms of economic scale.. China's GDP is 2nd in the world, where as India's GDP is only 13rd place, even behind Canada(which is 12nd place) The GDP of the Chinese province of Jiansu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai surpasses the entire Indian GDP. I have relatives working for a Taiwanese company in the electronic manufacturing in Shanghai China, and they say that the company also have manufacturing facililty in India...but the effeciency is not even close to China. And by the way, India is by no means high tech...they take the lowest end and the most hedious type of IT jobs that the Americans or Japanese or Taiwanese dont do, like basic programing, debugging(where you sepnt countless hours looking at codes), and call centre...to call it a high tech country is like saying Vancouver is the financial centre of North America, total joke. |
