clutch replacement

Alright so it sounds like the Throw out bearing is on it's way out. The clutch seems to still be in good condition, no grinds slips, easy to put into gear but horrible sound while clutch is depressed/engaged.

I was wondering if anyone can recomment a shop to replace the whole clutch at a better price than most other shops. I've been quoted $500-600 for complete job. I live in Surrey but can travel anywhere in the lower mainland.

Also would a transmission fluid change help the situation?

Thanks!!

that sounds like a very average price.

and adding transmission fluid won't change the sound your worn throw out bearing makes.

If you want to do really save money, just do it yourself.. It is not that hard to start with, depending on what car of course.
