| Haircut North Burnaby
I recently moved to North Burnaby (Hastings area) and I'm sick of driving to my old hairdresser.
Anyone recommend a good place on hastings, as I noticed a number of different barbers. Simple haircut, I keep it really short, anyone in this area that's good?

I highly suggest Karo the Barber. He's on Hastings and Willingdon right across from Safeway. Guy use to work at Alfredo's but opened up his own shop. Only man I trust with my hair and it's hard to find good barbers in N BBY, been here my whole life.

Where's Kim's? | I haven't gone to Alfredo's but a lot of my friends get their hair cut there. Karo may be a bit expensive at 25 bucks, but I've gone to so many places before him that sucked, so it's worth it for me. No idea about Kims.

I'm looking for a place to do a straight blade shave, old school style.

Shit, Alfredo's and Karo both charge about $25 a cut. I get my hair cut REALLY short every 2 weeks, that's a little high.

Any other suggestions? Karo and Alfredo are too expensive seeing as I get my haircut every 2 weeks, and it's nothing complicated.

Can't think of anything else in the area. Brentwood Mall has a place called Branigans or something like that which charges like 20 bucks. Don't know any others.

Monet Hair Studio on Hastings and Gilmore. I get it cut by Queenie, the owner.
