Internet speed around Langara area

I will be moving to the area around Langara in a month and was wondering which internet service provider provide better service there.

I know internet service's quality varies between each area. Right now, I'm using Shaw's internet service.

I would most likely be choosing between Telus or Shaw. But I'm opened to Bell or other providers if there are positive reviews about them.

Thanks.

i live right by langara college and have used both shaw and telus, in our area it looks like shaw has great service, i get 1.3 mbps download speeds regularly with shaw extreme. When i switched over to telus it was pathetic.
