this is so wrong in so many levels.

but to answer your question, i am 99% sure she wasnt able to write your license plate down. not a lot of people can look at the rear view mirror with the plate reversed, write down the plate number just after making a left turn. with that said, i wouldn't worry about disputing anything.

kenny35 04-05-2010 09:06 PM

LOL hows it wrong? I swear i was sober when driving just really tired...

StylinRed 04-05-2010 09:26 PM

how could you not know if you hit someone... even if you brushed up against them... u fucking feel it....

and how in the hell do you not know if the damage was there before or not...

was your passenger over 25?

jesus christ you don't deserve your N

kenny35 04-05-2010 09:36 PM

I honestly did not feel anything. I heard something.

I dont know every detail on the car cause it has a shit load of scratches on it already when i bought it.

twitchyzero 04-05-2010 09:59 PM

if it's hairlike scratches then it is believable
but making a wide turn and getting a smudge? i dont know if it's possible not to feel that.

Follow your instincts..if you heard it, chances are you made contact so pull over and check immediately.

It be funny if ICBC read this to follow up the ladys claim (if she did make one and it would probably be under "hit and run"). Probably be a good lesson for you huh?

He deleted his post! What did it say?

TOPEC 04-06-2010 10:37 AM

someone should've quoted it for some epic owanage by rs.
seems like op did a hit and run.

Inaii 04-06-2010 10:40 AM

Basically OP took a really wide turn and MAY have hit someone. He's not sure, he only heard a sound but didn't feel anything. So he was wondering if the lady will phone him into ICBC or not and if he'll be held accountable for hitting her because he can't drive.

Gumby 04-06-2010 11:08 AM

What a dick. Sounds like he screwed up and we're "hating too much"?

Well since the original post was edited to nil, I'll reply to the topic:

"First accident with N"?

How many are you expecting?

TRD Rs200 04-06-2010 12:58 PM

RS only hates on OP's that thinks they're never wrong no matter what.

Welcome to reality

josh t-1 04-06-2010 01:07 PM

why isn't this in FC yet?

HAHAHAHAHA Owned.

kenny35 04-06-2010 05:06 PM

I Honestly did not feel it... If i knew i hit her i would have stopped... I know I am at fault here and i'm willing to pay for my crimes or w.e

StylinRed 04-06-2010 05:08 PM

he deleted lol?

it was about him driving with his friend (who may or may not be 25+) taking a wide turn... hearing a "bang" which he thinks may have been him hitting a lady who was waiting to turn.... he says he doesn't know if he hit her or not but he heard a sound (couldnt feel it), kept driving, and afterwards he checked his car and saw a large rub mark..

he doesnt know if that rubbing damage was from before or from this incident as his car was always scratched up (but this is a rub...)

the lady "didn't" turn around and follow him so he's scared that maybe she got his license plate # and will call it in... however he isn't sure if that will happen because he's not sure if he even hit the lady...

so he'll have to "wait and see" but is asking RS if we think the lady would be able to get his license plate number from her rear-view mirror and if we think he even hit the lady..

wow im surprised i remembered all of it

kenny35 04-06-2010 05:13 PM

^ Basically it.

I dont see the difference of having a 25+ friend as a passenger.. The sound was more like a *tick*... And the car is already pretty fucked from the first owner so how the hell am i supposed if it was there before.

1exotic 04-06-2010 05:17 PM

The 25+ only applies to having an L, not N.

Man, noob drivers these days... N or not how the fuck do you hit someone making just a turn (if you did hit them), pretty sad..

StylinRed 04-06-2010 05:33 PM

oh my bad i thought that 25+ thing was for that 1 passenger (read up what it actually is)

The thing is i'm not sure if i actually hit her, she didn't turn around and follow me nor do i know if the smudge was there already since it had a lot of scratches and what not already. So basically i'm wondering IF she got my license plate how would i be able to dispute this? I'm pretty sure she was by herself and she didn't follow me so right now i'm just playing the waiting game... Help ;[

So how did you take a wide turn and hit a car who's turning left? Were you turning right?
