ya vancouver one is dope because its like one massive highschool reunion. pretty much know half the dudes there. the surrey one is different. dont know too many people and again. get stared down. and on top of that. they got straight up babbar khalsa running around that shit. the epic thing is that it rained for them today. i dont remember the last time we got rain during nagar kirtin in vancouver. thats a big F YOU from god to those fundis

The thing is with the Surrey one it's the highschool kids that ruin it with starting fights with rival schools and what not but the MAIN difference is in Vancouver, people can actually put aside there problems and celebrate Vasakhi together(which is why I only go to the Vancouver one). Living in Delta, it's much easier going to the Surrey parade but then again I don't want to shake hands with like 100 people throughout the day so instead I usually just sit and watch the parade from the balcony at my cousins house on Main lol.

i prefer the vancouver one aswell
