suggestions for lowering springs and Wheels

I'm very new to modding cars

I was looking into getting new rims and lowering my car a bit. Thinking of 19" VMR V710's. Anyone know any place here that sells this? Also, I'm thinking of lowering my car and heard some good things about the H and R lowering springs to give it 1.2-1.5 cm drop. Any comments on these parts?

the H&R are fine. we have them and we have the Eibach. I think the VMR is a Volco brand. If you go to our website link, you can see what we can supply
