Copy songs from iPod to iPod

How can i transfer songs from 1 ipod to another?
Im using two iPod video 30GB and an 80GB.

I've seen some programs that do 1 or 2 songs for you, but you have to buy their software.

Is there a simple free way?

Figured it out.

No need for software.

1. Connect iPod in disk mode

2. Enable "Hidden folders" so you can browse for iPod_control

3. There are multiple folders that contain your songs in short acronym letters.

4. Select all folders, copy to HDD

5. Eject iPod, open iTunes import the files from the folders into iTunes, files will retain names.

6. Sync iTunes folder to iPod.
