You didn't mention anything about if you are already going above the speed limit.
9 times out of 10 the people in the left lane do not fall under both categories you mentioned.

I'm just saying if people are gonna start stating rules and how people should be driving, they shouldn't leave out anything.

What if I don't have any room to gtfo of the way, and buddy is endangering me by almost hugging my bumper? I had some douche do that to me off the highway 1 exit to gaglardi, I was going 80 in the exit, and he was tailgating me so close I couldn't even see his hood in my rearview mirror.

Not at all. My DD (newer VW) never gets people constantly coming out of nowhere and tailgating me on back-roads/2 lane roads/Highways (where I stay in the right lane at the limit). However, every-time I take out the "toy car" stuff like that happens, without fail.

Believe what you want, but that's what happened. No use mentioning it anymore as it's in the past now; perhaps next-time I'll do it differently.
