Not sure who makes them, sorry.
They're usually all made in the same factories, but then respective retailers have them painted. Lots of these have been sold over the years, but they're not VMR so they won't have any paint chipping issues or otherwise.
Just google VMR paint chipping/flaking, that's what kept me from buying VMR in the first place.
