Isn't that aznboi's Accord?

And it's impossible if it was him that TOS spotted.
From what I've heard he's not one to do stupid shit like that.

seems like 1 of those situations where you bring a slurpee or a bag of dog sh*t and chuck it at his back window as he drives away.

if you report it to icbc or the police it goes on their record.. so if someone else reports them they look into it.

too bad you didn't get the plates because you can still help out if you did.

If u report it I think the driver will get a letter or a phone call from police since he did it in a school zone.

I once passed a slow driving douche bag on 72nd ave in Delta it was a one lane road coming down from 120st heading towards 91 and I guess the douche didn't like that because he wasn't the king of the road anymore and to my surprise I get a letter in the mail about 5 days later from the RCMP giving me a warning about the way I was driving and would get a ticket on my next offence or some shit like that, can't remember because it happened like 8years ago.
The douche should of got a warning for tying up traffic, he was holding up traffic from 120St when it turns into 1 lane and I couldn't take it anymore, so I passed him when I had the chance and it wasn't even a danger to anyone just a quick pass when there was no cars parked on the side.
