I totally agree, a lot of great shows have crap episodes. To make it clear again, I was only referring to that episode. It was offensive in how bad it was. But other eps are either 'meh' or pretty damn funny.

a lot of religions are stupid an had their purpose for their time. we all know god doesnt exist. the reason we keep religion is because they don't get taxed by the goverment and another reason is to keep some people mentally sane but we do sometimes get an extreme religion like islams terrorizing people. just an unfortunate roll of the dice through history

The 200th episode of SP was really an ode to the fans; most people will be able to recognise at least one reference. I liken it to when I watched The Simpsons growing up. They had something for everyone. Often I will see an old episode and recognise a new reference which, until then, had flown over my head.

North America, Australia, and Europe are a largely Christian demographic. Since Christians are the "misguided" why don't the fundamentalists try to convert westerners?
The most effective way to create an Islamic paradise on Earth is to bring the message to the misguided, not kill them.
When Iran completes their nuclear program we should start to worry. Israel will call on the US for help and you can expect to see American forces ramp up in the holy land.
There are bigger things to worry about than a cartoon.

Islam is kind of confused over this, new age Islam is ok with converts but fundamentalist Islam wants nothing to do with converting anyone, they would prefer to abolish all other faiths and their believers as they are seen as "standing in the way" of Islam
