FS: 93 civic si b18c1 turbo $6200

1993 civic si 280000kms on body, 4000kms on engine.
fully rebuilt b18c1 from the bottom up, only has aproximately 4000k on it as it has barely been driven, just properly broken in and then driven to and from work. car has not been dyno'd but should be putting out a around 230whp at 13psi safely. Interior is very clean and kept well, only down side about the car is the body is a bit rough and needs a paint job eventually(has alot of little dings but nothing really noticable). reason for selling the car is school starts soon and i can use some money back that has went into it. Over all the car is very fun and quick, it definately hurts to see it go so early after all the time that went into it. asking price is $6200obo 778-996-3754.

230hp at 13 psi from a b18c1? Don't most run around 230 with like 6 psi? Otherwise the motor is putting out less than 5 horses per PSI.

Unless this is just because you're unsure of the power and/or psi because it hasn't been dyno'd, but I'd assume that motor would be putting out 280+ at 13. Maybe i'm extremely misled here, anyone for second opinion? Either way it's a nice civic.

doesn't the size of the turbo change at what rpm it spools? but i thought at peak, PSI is puts out the same power regardless of the size, like a big turbo not working hard putting out 13 psi would create the same power as a maxed out smaller turbo also at 13psi. But yeah 270 makes moooooore sense

well to be honest from the cars i have driven, a big turbo at 10psi compared to a small turbo at 10psi made quite the difference. i do believe it would give out more power but im not an expert so i cant say for sure.

thanks for comments guys and ps: someone come buy it already!!!
