Honda Del Sol cluster clock and radio: NOT WORKING!!!

after swaping a new dashboard for my car due to scratched and stain from the previous owner, I realized that my clock that is inside the cluster isnt working anymore, for sure isnt not the cluster bc I have a spare cluster and tried it on and still the same problem.I checked every single fuses under the steering wheel fuse box and every single fuse seems fine,I triple checked every single connector from the wire harness is plugged. now my question is is there another fuse box around the car except the understeeringwheel one? any suggestion?
edit:
2 hrs later:
OMG I just when and connected my radio back and no dice, its not working as well!!! I have an aftermarket deck usually the security blink light "blinks" but I dont see power going to the deck at all. "one think I have noticed is that the previous owner had on the fuse box is that instead of 15amp fuse(for the cig/radio) he had a 25amp. since the radio and the cig connector are using the same fuse I tried the phone charger thro the cig connetor and it works fine. that means that the fuse is fine! so now what? the only reason I could think of is that sinces he had this 25amp fuse instead of the 15amp and probably my radio got roasted instead of the fuse?

There's probably (I don't know about the Del Sol specifically) another fuse block under the hood, near the battery.

With Hondas (and most Japanese cars), the cig lighter is on the accessory circuit, while the clock is on a constant power circuit. The deck will use both - accessory to power it up when the key is on, and constant to maintain the memory settings, and BOTH must be live for the deck to work.

Instead of just checking fuses, look for the specific fuses - there's usually a legend on the fuse-panel cover. The one you want is usually labeled "CLOCK". Don't trust a simple visual inspection - that will usually tell you if the fuse is blown, but not if it's simply faulty. Either test it with a proper tester, or just swap it for a new one.

I did swap a new fuse but nothing maybe after work I will check the fuse block under the hood like you mentioned, thanks again! by the way i dont see any fuse label that has CLOCK written on it, the wierd thing is that delsol clock is inside the instrument and I checked the instrument fuse and seems good.. so.....headache...

Soundy was correct. Under the hood in the fusepanel is a 7.5 amp fuse called "backup". Replace that one. You're good to go.

They both share the circuit off that "back-up" fuse.
