south ocean seafood restaurant
150-4751 Garden City Road
Richmond, BC V6X 3M7
(604) 278-1233
$2 a dim sum on weekdays & $2.50 weekends (i think)
good thing about them is they push a cart & u order from the cart so u don't need a menu if u can't read chinese (like me) & they have pretty decent food with lots of variety cuz theres not a lot of places that can make or product the food they can

But other than that I have seen every car on display in DTP just by cruising about in Richmond, thank you very much for collecting them together and get someone to sing a cover for "fuck you".

I go to Happy Valley on Broadway and Rupert (beside No.1 Collision). Its cheap enough (4-5 bux) and the quality is good. I don't know how people can eat $2 dim sum, thats the same quality as AYCE dim sum.. YUCK!
