I've ridden X2 at Six Flags in California several times and if you're a roller coaster fanatic, this is probably the best and scariest roller coaster here in the West Coast. Initially called X in the early 2000's, it was retrofitted with onboard music soundtrack (speakers on the actual seat) and included a pair shooting flames in some part of the track. The fact that the seats rotate 360 degrees makes it fairly unpredictable to see where you're turning and twisting along the track.

Idunno man X2 wasn't that good for me. It felt really gimmicky with the spinny cars. Like the lateral G-forces were there but the thrill of speed + height + insane plunges toward the ground werent. My fav at Magic Mountain was Tatsu. It was fucking insane cuz you were hanging under the track in a lying-down position facing the ground for almost the entire ride. Played with my head so much.
Flying Roller Coasters are my favourite ones, other than good old fashioned wooden ones. I still the Coaster at Playland and Grizzly at Paramount's (now California's) Great America in Cali is fucking BEAST. I banged up my shoulder slamming into the side of the car on one of the turns haha.
EDIT: I also reaaally reaalllly liked The Hulk at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure in Florida. Instead of pulling you up a hill, the ride has a boosted start. You go from 0-40 in like 2 seconds uphill and immediately drop almost straight down 100+ feet.
My favourite roller coasters:
1) Tatsu (flying) - Six Flags Magic Mountain, Cali
2) Stealth (flying) - California's Great America, Cali (has been relocated to Carowinds Park in North Carolina as Nighthawk)
3) Grizzly (wooden) - California's Great America, Cali
4) The Hulk (steel) - Universal's Islands of Adventure, Florida
5) Coaster (wooden) - Playland, Vancouver
out of all the six flag theme park i probably went to the crappiest one (Discovery Kingdom near the Bay Area)
i wanna try a few more before they are bankrupt

Highly Suggest the Texas Six Flags. They have decent rides and it's nice and HOT there.
Lol. The most intense rollercoaster that I've been on (probably weaksauce compared to these), is Medusa at 6 Flags near San Fran. Super fun! There were no lineups so we rode it 3x in a row
Isn't the second one from the top the T-express in Korea? That was win. 77 Degrees of drop from the beginning. The amusement park is in a kind of hilly area, and the coaster is built at the bottom of the park--when you reach the top of the coaster's first rise, you're above the top of the park. Scary as all motherfuck.
