Good Photography Books?

I just read some of Scott Kelby's stuff.. wasn't too fascinated. I just picked up a copy of "Fundamentals of Photography" by Tom Ang and it seems to be quite excellent and fun to read.

Can anyone recommend some good books about photography they like?

"The Mind's Eye" by Henri Cartier-Bresson.
100 pages, maybe six photos and, maybe only a few paragraphs that I remember ................... BUT, what a good few paragraphs!

Nick Brandt's amazing series of African wildlife:

Amazing book of pictures shot by Sammy David Jr:

Just a few from the top of my head.
