Can we only do this once per household?

No, you can do up to 2 maybe 3 times. I just changed my address and name around and it's always worked for me and I get 2 sample packs. What I do is create 2 profiles, fill both up with legit info but change your street info and name info. For example if you live on say Victoria Drive, put "drive" for one profile and "dr" for the other profile. For your name just change the first name.

i got that message too and tried it again and it worked. a few others have also said it works when trying a second time
