Southbound on 3road and new westminster, where the mario gelato's place is. Traffic cops pulling over any modified cars there on sunny summer days. Try to avoid that area for the cops and the 3 road hassle itself.

seems like a lot of shit has been going down, from what i've been reading, there's been cops all over richmond, in random areas. either a lot has been going on, or the one thing that happened with the black guy is so major that they're digging everywhere to get him out

havn't heard anything in the news yet though
