SFU Summer Parking Pass

Anyone know what Summer Session Pass means?

Also, what is the price for a Summer Session Pass?

Because I talked to a guy to sell his glot for $140, but then checked the website, and there's a permit that sfu sells for $90 for the summer session..
HOWEVER, on the rates site of sfu parking, they say 1 month for the summer session pass is $40 and that one semester is x4... so = $160?
Here is the rates @ $90 http://www.sfu.ca/security/Parking/permit/rates.html
Here is the rate @ $40/month http://www.sfu.ca/security/Parking/N...mit_Rates.html

Wtf? I'm confused. Anybody know?

It's also a parking pass only available for students in the PDP program, if I remember correctly.

Listed on the page is:
Intermission, which is the compressed summer courses.

Also, I've changed my topic question to make it clearer.
If anybody could help answer this question, it would be greatly appreciated as school starts next week! :O

Summer session is suppose to be like half semester courses at the end of the summer semester.

Intersession is the half semester courses during the other half of the summer semester.

Or it could be the other way around....
