	   | anyone works at Playland here?

buddy's birthday coming up and she loves eating cotton candy.
was wondering whether I could just order thru the phone couple packs of cotton candy rather than spending $20+ dollars and going in then paying for it.
Am i allowed to just order thru the phone and have them hand it to me at the gate?
mind you, i wouldn't mind getting a couple packs myself. any help is appreciated
thanks | | | | | 05-09-2010, 12:53 AM | #2 | | Banned (ABWS)

 | No they don't do orders like that as a company.
Only if u know someone there to buy it and bring it out.
Some stores sell the prepackaged stuff, check that out.
If you're making that much you can rent a machine and make it yourself.
Or maybe you can find somewhere selling it. Some school fairs have it, farmers markets?

i don't think they sell cotton candy...
just go through the back entrance where drop zone is and ask the security guard if you can just buy some cotton candy.. they'll let you in. they're usually pretty nice. and just leave your license/phone/keys with them for collateral?

Rocky Mountain Chocolate in Lougheed Mall sells bags of cotton candy. I think they're like $4/bag. Right outside the food court.

I used to be guest services supervisor over at Playland. You can't order a pack of cotton candy. Nothing else to it.Posted via RS Mobile | | | | | 05-09-2010, 09:01 PM | #12 | | I Will not Admit my Addiction to RS

If yes, you could leave a piece of ID at the front gate and go into Playland for free for about 15 minutes.
Source: I work in guest services/gates. (Used to work with iRomey )
PM me for further inquiries | | | | | 05-09-2010, 10:50 PM | #13 | | RS controls my life!

IIRC, iRomey mainly handled other duties in the department and rarely worked the gates so it's natural for him to be unclear of some of the gates' operations | | | | | 05-10-2010, 12:12 AM | #15 | | not the mod you're looking for

I was mainly referring to the fact that he wanted to "order" cotton candy, which is in fact, not possible to do | | | | | |
