FS: 2000 Phoenix Yellow Integra Type R #0924

so here it goes.. cant afford to keep her, need to downgrade. as simple as that.

clean title (no claims over 2k), no liens, local car. i have history on hand and all receipts i spent on. car was from Richmond Acura back in 2000. car is aircared and ready to go!

almost 208k on body (shocks and springs have less than that, as the car ran something else before i owned it). 12k kms on completely new motor. car spent more time sitting, than me driving it. i bought the car @ 196 9xx km. you do the math.

car pulls very very very hard. and is a much better experience to drive than RSX'es or the newer SI's (i've driven both before)

-ACT stage one heavy duty single plate clutch
-ACT 12lb flywheel
-JDM 98+ spec Transmission (shorter final drive ratio 4.7 compared to original 4.4)
-JGE racing engines built "street" B18C:
- CP forged pistons (11.5:1)
- JGE 4340 H beam Rods
- Micropolished + balanced crank (balanced to 10k rpm)
- bore and power hone to 82mm
- ACL race bearings
- minor engine decking
- hot tanked, cleaned, reassembled.
- greddy 2mm metal headgasket
- oem spec CV joint (both sides)
- new oem honda water pump, timing belt, tensioner.
- refreshed/ rebuilt head done by Alec's machine shop:
- disassembled, cleaned, hot tanked
- new valve guides, valve stems, rockers, valves, retainers. oem valve springs (they were still good) all oem spec
- ports remachined/ cleaned.
- Apexi N1 Cat back 2.5"
- Short ram w/ k&n
- Generic A front under brace in yellow
- Megan racing Rear tower bar
- Alex C-pillar bar
- Apexi VAFC
- equipped with Compustar
- Two Original keys
- original acura cd deck, four speaker + two tweeters
- recent starter replacement
- 94' JDM ITR non SRS steering wheel
- Bride zeta II driver seat
- 205 50 15 Falken azenis

mechanically solid car.
changed oil twice in 3k kms and only used synthetics.

and being a typical 10yr car there are a fare share of dings.

con:
- scraped paint on front right corner of bumper, on pass side side skirt and also on lip. spider paint crack on front bumper
- lots of rock chips on front lip (rattle canned black now)
- rock chips on wheels
- only has driver zeta II seat. would need a passenger side seat.
- car could use a nice cut polish and wax
(the current body shape is all thanks to the previous owner)
- foldable antenna snapped.

will include spare:
- alternator
- Valve cover painted green. Mugen one is installed as of now
- original steering wheel w/ airbag

so im looking for about 10,000FIRM

USDM front ended, mechanically perfect car. keep that in mind. almost bone stock car, besides the braces, intake and exhaust.

car corners on rails and runs with the spirit a true ITR should. the car has quite the personality.

lowballers would be ignored and laughed at.

Beautiful car. I think i spotted you heading east on cambie by number 5 road last week when I was coming outta shoppers. Shame that you have a freshly rebuilt motor and wont get to enjoy it anymore, but that's life I guess. Looking at all that was done to the motor I was expecting a higher price, so good luck with sale! I'm sure it will get picked up soon

tofu1413 05-13-2010 09:29 PM

^

thanks lol. not surprised if it was me actually as im usually around town.

i was thinking 15k+ but i thought i had to factor in mileage/ body shape and be reasonable with price. i dont know, if no one bites the bait, i'll keep it and store it away somewhere.

TRD Rs200 05-14-2010 01:11 AM

well parents suggested I get rid of it and get "something better" =S

well that, and they both kept thinking the car is bringing me nothing but bad luck. this car has caused unemployment for me twice. LOL

its mechanically solid right now, but its just a matter of the bond between me and this car.. thats kinda messed up. i like the car, but yea.

its FS kinda... but i wont sell it for a low low price. thanks for the comments guys

hotong 05-24-2010 10:55 AM
