try GoldWrench Automotives in North Vancouver. My shop of choice. Works on all vehicle makes, and i've seen them so plenty of engines (including civics).

very good prices too.

Best of luck.

how cheap? are they any good?

Marioo1991 05-14-2010 07:11 AM

you can get a good B18 engine for pretty cheap if you shop around. There are a number of guys around forums who could probably do motor/install for 1500-2000, just have to ask around.

If you're set on going to a reputable shop, you could probably get it done for 3k give or take. Some of the most common shops that do swaps are evo garage, garage 5, etc

Thats really how much it costs to do motor swaps??? How do people ever make money out of their cars when it comes time to sell?

A modded car isnt worth a penny more than a stock car to someone who doesnt understand modding cars

certified or not...i would rather go to a group of guys (world reknown) that are not certified with 15+ yrs of building hondas to their max potential than to go to a noob that had just aquired a redseal..:\
