LONG epic story that happened to me and my friends today (KARMA)

--sorry for the lack of details (ex. type of cars, coulor, race), but I'm not gonna type them in just because--

So today I was playing floor hockey with my friends. After we finished playing, we gathered into a group and discussed about where we should go eat. At this moment, we were 30-40 meters away from the street.

After chatting for a bit, a car drove by and randomly shot 2 paintballs at us. Luckily only one hit us at a non-sensitive spot and the other one missed. It hit me on my chest, slightly above my left nipple. The car then drove around 75% of the block, missing the street that we were closest to. Due to the distance, we couldn't get its license plate.

We then quickly jumped into our cars and began a search. We knew the type and colour of the suspects' car. We drove around the scene area, wishing they would return to the scene. We also drove around other park areas to see if they were targetting ppl in other areas. We searched for nearly 40mins to 1hr without coming across anything.

Finally at another intersection of the same street that the scene happened, we saw a car that matched our description. Futhermore, the car was rolling without its headlights and taillights on during the night hours. We decided to follow that car, and it started to make some really weird turns. We were also able to see their license plate using our own headlights.

Then we drove infront of the suspects' car, blocked both the lanes, and stopped. The suspects' car filled with teenage kids swirled around us, crossed the solid yellow line and booked it. Also, their car was still running without any lights in the dark.

We decided to follow it some more. At the same time we called the cops and told them everything we knew. We were on the phone with the cops while following the suspects' car.

Finally, we heard the cops siren and we had to pull aside while the suspects' car kept driving off. We lost the suspects and the cops didn't know where they went from that point.

The cop that I was on the phone with told us to meet up with other cops to provide them with statements.

We met up, and we all had to write out everything. We chatted for a while, and they told us that a woman also reported that she was randomly shot by guys in a car.

Then we asked about the suspects, and the cops told us that they went to the suspects' home and talked to their parents. They suspects got caught in the end (I'm not sure how). The suspects admitted everything.

Since all was done, we went to eat. Afterwards, while driving home we saw a car that matched the suspects' car parked infront of a house. We drove up, and it had the same license plate. WOW! What a coincident.

This is called KARMA!

Alphamale 05-14-2010 03:24 AM

So was it Karma or coincidence?

You're not very clear on that particular issue.

orange7 05-14-2010 03:27 AM

^
both.

karma cause they got caught in a situation where they could have made a clean get away.

coincident cause we found their house.

btw. the car that the suspects were driving belongs to their parents.

JordanLee 05-14-2010 03:31 AM

Sooo you're going to retaliate by doing sth to his house amirite?

orange7 05-14-2010 03:32 AM

no! That would be dumb.

I'm a nice guy. Maybe a bit too nice for my own good.

shawn79 05-14-2010 03:34 AM

atleast press charges

slammer111 05-14-2010 03:43 AM

Reminds me of that cyclist in Chilliwack who got his eye shot out by some a$$hole teens with a paintball gun during a "drive-by". That's seriously not cool.

AzNightmare 05-14-2010 04:05 AM

Reminds me of the guy that kept getting egged until he set up an epic plan with his friends to catch them.

chun 05-14-2010 04:13 AM

Yeah... not karma at all. But cool story bro.

you're not nice, you're a push over.

these kids are just going to be doing the same shit the next week. maybe their parents don't even give a fuck. the cops are just going to tell their parents to watch their kids and not do it again.

StylinRed 05-14-2010 04:27 AM

So while you were giving your statements the police (who lost the suspects) told you they had already gone to the suspects parents' homes and talked to their families and they (the suspects) subsequently confessed????

how in the hell does that make sense...

something sounds like total bs.... i wouldnt say your whole story is made up... but the ending sure sounds like it

dinamix 05-14-2010 04:41 AM

karma is emptying a clip of frozen paintballs on the kids nutz.

shawn79 05-14-2010 04:43 AM

The police never lost the suspects because they have their lisence plate. They went to their housing waiting for them, which the suspects parents were home at the time because it was their vehicle that the kids was driving.

tacobell 05-14-2010 05:35 AM

so where's the "EPIC" part as listed in your title?

the question is the "timing" here in the time of giving their statements the police went to the registered owners home, talked to their parents and... these teens who were driving around had also gone home by that time... and then confessed... all in the time of giving a statement.... yeaaah...

SkinnyPupp 05-14-2010 06:30 AM

So your idea of karma is that you saw that car parked on the way home, but you were too pussy to do anything about it?

punkwax 05-14-2010 06:45 AM

How is this story epic?

There goes 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Jsunu 05-14-2010 07:15 AM

So you followed the guy who paintballed you and you called the cops, subsequently you found the house... How is this epic?

sonick 05-14-2010 07:27 AM

This is not Karma at all, wtf. This is just a coincidence.

tiger_handheld 05-14-2010 07:49 AM

Kids in car shoot paintballs at him and his friend. Follows them, calls cops, they catch him.

On their way home, they pass by the kid's house because they see the car in their driveway.

Whoopty-fucking-do.
