Best place to buy rims and tires?

I'm looking specifically for MRR GT1 Rims. Here is the website:

I'm looking to buy 19" (black with polished lip) staggered 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back. I have called MF and they are looking into it. I have also called Advance Motors and they said they don't carry or order them no more. Is there any other places in Vancouver or Tri-cities area that can order these rims and do the mount and balancing? I know there is a place in Surrey or Langley area but I can't remember the name of the place. Any help would be appreciated. Does anybody else have these rims in this forum? If you do, how good is the quality of the rim? Thanks

Get them shipped to Point Roberts, pay around $100 to bring them across the border, when you get home install them and done deal. Very little hassle, as opposed to local shops who might take a long time and at a higher price.
As for the quality of the wheels, they're decent they are a replica style just like my current wheels, I bought my wheels from Wheels Next as well.
