Some women could use mastitis... On a serious note, could this be used some day to create bacteria etc that can possibly eat away at something like cancers? Or maybe could they eventually make cells and be used for something similar to stem cells? |

This is definitely a break-through. However, we won't know if this will benefit or harm humanity in the long run. Even though this synthetic lifeform is made to benefit humanity, it may end up causing more harm than intended (like DDT). |
