I served papers to ICBC (through my lawyer) on february 8th. It's been a while since I've heard from my lawyer/icbc, so I decided to call and leave a voicemail (since it's the weekend)
Just curious how long it took ICBC to respond when you serve them papers from other people's personal experiences, and what happens next?
Depends on what kind of papers they are. I'm assuming its a part of your PI claim. If they are court documents there is usually a time limit but counsels are usually lenient with them if its not urgent.
I don't work for ICBC but deal with them a lot as a lawyer so I'd be happy to answer questions if a section ever was created. Posted via RS Mobile
