Everything works perfectly fine, just moving onto a new phone. Since its jailbroken, it has the video camera capability and also multi-tasking capabilities.

It likely that the phone is currently not unlocked as I dont think I unlocked it during the jailbreak. The phone is running on baseband 05.12.01. However, for those who are knowledgeable enough about iPhones or have a little spare time to google some info, it has a the older bootloader (5.8) which means that it can be downgraded and unlocked. Otherwise, there are many people that would do it on craigslist for a small price. It is currently on Fido.
