SPOTTED: Matte Black Newish Celica Widebody
I was driving two days ago on hwy 1 Westbound just passing willingdon, and saw a somewhat slick car I didnt recognize from a distance.. turns out to be a newest gen Celica, with a matte black paint job, rear widebody arches, and nicely tucked rims. it had a day permit aswell, so I dont know if your local or not..

anyways... Nice Celica
