I called the Richmond RCMP non-emergency line about half a year ago (I posted the incident on RS, it was about some half naked kids on a moped harrassing my younger brother and his friend). Took them about 20 minutes to show up and deal with the situation. The officer was really helpful too, telling me what my options are and what he has in his power that he can do.

Keep in mind though that this was when the Richmond school district issued that warning out to parents that elementary school children were being targetting for abduction, so I guess the RCMP put this on top priority
