Rant: what's up with all the sexual scandal news in The Province newspaper today?
 

So I read today's The Province newspaper. Mind you, I hardly read the news from The Province because its full of bullshit anyways. So it turns out that today's newspaper has reported 4 sexual scandals. All local too! What the fuck man. I know this shit sometimes happens in society, but what the hell does reporting about do to alleviate the situation? If anything,it seems to encourage sick fuckers or attracts lowlife scumbags who like reading about this shit.

I know OT is all for jokes and random youtube vids and all but what are your opinions about The Province newspaper??

It's good cause it let's parents know what's going on in their community and who to watch out for.

Province does suck though. I read the Vancouver Sun everyday at work and its hard to go back to my shitty Island paper the "Times Colonist."

for starters, the news is always negative.

but i guess that's just a tool to sell papers.

i have a funny feeling though that some sick minded people actually like reading articles about people being raped or molested.
