I may be wrong but mw2 on PC would require steam to play online and I am pretty sure if you buy the CD, you would still need the steam account the CD key was registered on. So you would basically have to buy a steam account, unless you already know that, then what I am saying would be redundant.

Unless you only want the CD, or you're willing to buy the entire steam account.
