Hard to say. The resolution is too low to draw any conclusions.
Also that's a single frame, which may not have been drawn in real-time. A 486 could render that 1 frame if given enough processing time.

funny how crysis came out 3 years ago and half of the systems now still cant run the game at max video settings.

We have 7 computers for personal and work use 2 that were bought less than a month a go and none of them could play it at max setting.

My PC from 2 years ago can run Crysis at 1920x1080 at max settings no problem.. and it wasn't THAT expensive.
