Oilers can't spend it on another forward. Their D core is extremely weak and Larsson would be a perfect fit in there.

when DET finished first a few years ago and went on to win the cup, did they get as many expectations as canucks are getting this year? does anyone recall? as much as i want vancouver to go all the way, the pressure and attention on the players might take its toll psychologically.
