Firsts couple pills, you dont feel a difference. But after that, its the best.

I switched from the 12hr > 24hr > 12hr

After going from 24hr > 12hr the first couple days didnt work. But after that its amazing. Really has saved me this whole season. And I started taking it around mid-April.

Btw, which did you buy? Allegra or AllegraD? 12hr or 24hr?

Regular allegra, 24hr.

No, pharmacies sell buffered saline solutions that you can flush through your sinuses. There are the saline nasal sprays, and then there are the saline solutions you mix out of pre-filled packets like the Neilmed Netipot or the Neilmed squeeze bottle.

Allegra in the AM, Benadryl before bed. Plus, Benadryl helps you sleep!

Or just boil some water and add some sea salt.

Nope, snort it up your nose. Your head will hurt for a couple of mins but it cleans out your sinuses and you feel much better.

snorting salty water? no thanks. i used a small teapot like a netipot, but that didn't do shit.

i have claritin, reactine, and aerius. reactine seems to do the trick at the moment, but nothing's ever definite. when my allergies get really irritating, i just use a nose spray and my symptoms seem to clear up afterwards.

lol snorting sea salt water

haha

i thought if you constantly take allergy pill, or couple days straight...it will no longer work since the symptom gets use to the medicine

Natural remedies including herbal stuff do work and their much safer and easier on your body compared to popping pills and constantly using nose sprays.
