^Haven't really kept up with the performance difference b/t the AMD 6 core vs the Intel 6 core but my guess is that the Intel's is superior as some of the 4-core i7's perform faster than the AMD 6 cores in certain processing areas...

i see a lot of ncix recommendations.

Try Newegg.ca VERY CHEAP
they ship from ontario and california
takes about 5business days using ground if you're in vancouver

i considered them too , as well as newegg.com (bringing it across the border) and i do end up saving money. however, i went with ncix because of their ease of pricematch, local (easier for returns/rma's etc) and their customer service was top notch.

to the point where employees would voluntarily check up on my order if it arrived on time (even though it was my fault because there was a mix up with how i processed my order).
