+1 there are many people that need to upgrade to a thinner lens to accommodate for their high prescriptions. The markup on their thinner lenses probably make up for the cost.

I got my glasses yesterday, but I am returning it.

I paid for higher index lenses, but they seemed like normal lenses. Also the prescription is off.

I ordered the exact same lens type and prescription last time from them and it was great, this time, sux really bad.

the glasses I got give me a headache. the prescription makes me have double vision and everything is blurry. Doesn't matter if i have 1 eye open or both, still gives me a headache. And the workmanship on the lens cutting is horrible. :failed:

Call their customer service.

My experience with their customer service has been great. I remember them re-issuing me two whole new packages of contacts before they weren't delivered to me and someone else signed off on it.

Got a hold of the customer service and got the package sent the next day. I can only imagine they would do something similar for you.

havent heard back from customer service about my missing glasses yet -_- and my neighbour whom im pretty sure has my glasses hasn't dropped them off either (i got their mail the day my glasses were delivered)

apparently free Rx glasses are back this Tuesday

I have to say between my kiddo and I we've gotten about 4 pairs of glasses in the last month and I haven't even spent $100 with them in total.

that's strange. I just tried and it still worked.

i got free glasses from them. they were significantly weaker than what i ordered. this seems to align with peoples claims about them making costs up from customers re-ordering lenses

oh well the frames i got for free (+$15 for shipping) are going for $230 online. i use the glasses at home only

how long does it usually take to arrive?

The glasses came and the prescription is wayyy off weaker than needed. If it costs money to reorder lenses I am taking the frame to a local lens fitter

Contact CC they will give you a waybill to ship them back and if you want another set they will honor the cupon code.

^I think I'll do that... I need to up the prescription.
